This walk will follow the trail of clues about the buildings and activities that filled the area along the railway lines for three-quarters of a century, before they fell silent not so long ago.<\/p>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\"><strong>Saturday 17<\/strong>\u00a0May 2014, in\u00a0<strong>French<\/strong><br \/>\n4:00 \u2013 6:00 pm<br \/>\nRain or shine<\/div>\n<p><em>Meeting place:<\/em> Saint-Viateur Street at the corner of Waverly, after the event <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ruepublique.org\/en\/event\/mile-end-en-fleur\">Mile End en fleurs<\/a>\u00a0by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ruepublique.org\/\">RuePublique<\/a><em><br \/>\n<\/em><em>Ending place:<\/em> Parc des Cr\u00e9puscules, Van Horne Av. near Saint-Urbain St.<\/p>\n<p>Voluntary contribution (suggested $10)<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 l\u2019aube des restes industriels<\/strong>, architectural projection by\u00a0<strong>Laurence Grandbois Bernard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"color: #768d44; text-decoration: underline; outline: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/memoire.mile-end.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/restesindustriels.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2828 alignright\" alt=\"restesindustriels\" src=\"http:\/\/memoire.mile-end.qc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/restesindustriels.jpg\" width=\"570\" height=\"339\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The multimedia work\u00a0<i>\u00c0 l\u2019aube des restes industriels<\/i>\u00a0is an architectural projection about the history and memory of railways and industry in Montr\u00e9al.\u00a0<b>Laurence Grandbois Bernard<\/b>\u00a0is a\u00a0master\u2019s student in experimental media at UQAM.
