Although citizen activism has led to an improved project\u2014enhanced in terms of respect for its heritage value and the proposed uses\u2014the project continues to raise concerns and opposition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Architect <strong>Nathalie Tremblay<\/strong>, who collaborated on the drafting of the statement of heritage interest for\u00a0St. Lawrence Warehousing\u00a0 commissioned by the City in 2023, and <strong>Joshua Wolfe<\/strong>, (former commissioner at the OCPM), will explain how the architectural design and certain other elements of the last project have improved, but several questions remain.
